  1. Peel the fruits, reserve the skins after scraping them for excess pith
  2. Seeds the fruits and put seeds in muslin bag
  3. Mix resulting fruits with equal amount of sugar
  4. Boil the peels for 5 minutes
  5. Cut the peels in fine strips
  6. Slowly cook fruits, sugar, peel stips and seeds for about 1 hour and until the mix darken in colour and you obtain a thick syrup
