Ingredients

For 2 persons:

  • 125g of farine
  • 1 egg
  • 30g of melted butter
  • 10g of sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 lemon juice

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients to obtain a large ball of dough
  2. Let rest in fridge for about 1 hour
  3. Cut in small balls and spread as thin as possible on a flour dusted surface
  4. Fry in a pan with about 1/2 inch of oil. Spread on paper towels and add some powdered sugar
