Ingredients
For 2 persons:
- 125g of farine
- 1 egg
- 30g of melted butter
- 10g of sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 lemon juice
Directions
- Mix all ingredients to obtain a large ball of dough
- Let rest in fridge for about 1 hour
- Cut in small balls and spread as thin as possible on a flour dusted surface
- Fry in a pan with about 1/2 inch of oil. Spread on paper towels and add some powdered sugar
