Ingredients
For 5 servings:
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 50g of melted butter
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Make sure to remove all lumps
- Warm up a pan (preferably thin). Oil the pan with either butter or olive oil. Make sure the oil the pan between each crepes
- Using a ladle, pour enough batter for one crepe in the pan. Let cook for approximately 40s and make sure to shake the pan so the crepe does not adhere to the pan
- Using a flat utensil like a spatula, flip the crepe and let it cook for another 20s or so
- Put the cooked crepe aside
- Repeat until you run out of batter
