Ingredients
- 1 turnip
- 2 potatoes
- 1 large carrots
- 2 leeks
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream
Directions
- Cut turnip, potatoes, carrots, leeks into cubes
- Put all ingredients in pot
- Add salt, pepper and bay leaf
- Add water to cover ingredients
- Cook for 60 minutes
- Use food mill or blend to mash soup and return to pot
- Add cream, mix and serve
